11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Damages Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAXEBOX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss of use, goodwill, or reputation
• Service interruptions or data loss

11.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to MaxeBox in the 12 months before the claim; OR
• ₹10,000 (Ten Thousand Indian Rupees)

11.3 Exceptions

These limitations do not apply to:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

11.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MaxeBox from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of others' rights
• Your content or conduct on the platform

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
